In truth we are tempted to turn around and sell this house, since it is now a lot more valuable than it was when we bought it. That was only seven months ago. We had to live in it when it was lot rougher than it is now, although most of the problems simply boiled down to the house being old and out of style. Nothing we did was essential, the wiring had already been fix and the plumbing is in fine shape. Today I looked for a shower enclosure installer in NJ, although I have not really decided if I am going to use someone else or if I am going to try to do this myself. I have been watching videos on youtube and it seems obvious to me that this is the sort of thing that an amateur might make a real mess out of, particularly if they lacked any type of skill. It also seems as though it is a little bit dangerous, because you are dealing with a piece of very heavy glass.
That is not the last thing that really needs to be done, but it is the last thing that seems as though it is a real chore or that we shall have to sweat the cost of. All of the other things are more like weekend projects that I have to think about a whole lot less and worry about a lot less. The renovations we have done so far are expensive enough that we had to save up some money before we could go ahead with the real work of it. I am really pleased that I did not screw any of it up, or at least I did not screw up anything that I could not fix. Her father really helped us a lot though.
